What a cutie pie. Speaking of pie, Gerry, you and I are cutting out the carbs for a while, okay?
I still love him, but my hubby's sexy points just went way up as Gerry's physical fitness has come down to meet the level of my husband's. Bonus for me!

Poor Gerry, wonder if he knew a pap was near by? However I am glad he’s relaxed his diet and fitness routine for the holidays, like most us he’s been eating and enjoying himself. He looks like a normal guy on vacation. Although I’m sure he will endure lots of snark about his belly. I think it’s sweet! Kind of a lesser version of Alec Baldwin’s belly in It’s Complicated.

He's like a normal person and i love it ! I hate physical obsessed people in any profession, let alone actors ! I know it's their job yet still....you have to relax once in a while ! I recognised the familiar "rooster" hat yet, Gerard me man, are you choosing your bath suits with eyes firmly shut or what ? I mean not only pink yet with a horrible print.....man, if this is your plan to minimize your sex appeal it so DOESN'T work, dude ! Now, at the photos, notice third row, first picture....are these nail scratching in his right side of torso or am i reading too much ? The brunette AND the dark man close to G look like Armenians ( most likely) or Indians ....hope Priyanka was not around ! Thanks for providing the photos, Canadia !

Gosh, I like him even more... I don't know why, but the 300 look wasn't doing anything for me... I like him when he's so normal... He enjoys yummy food... ah Gerry, I could cook for you...

Gerry "WTF? " Let me also say that I also did not love his 300 bod- way too over done, but this is like 1000 years removed from that. He is in a business where having a good body and appearance is $$$$$$$$. If women in the biz have to keep it up, why shouldnt Gerry? His body in LAC was perfection. If he could just keep that up it would be soooooo hot. My Gerry obsession is sexually inspired and it just dropped a few levels....sadly! Also, I do think that girl is with him. I am sure he has a private villa and whether or not she is WITH him or with his group, she is part of the group he is with. Gerry, eat what you want but in moderation, and get to a gym for the sake of your career and millions of women who want you! For a man who does not drink he should be able to keep up a damn fine 'cut' body! No need to let himself go so drastically. Or, god and I cannot believe I am saying this "keep your shirt on" He is going to suffer some ill effects from these photos and he should. He looks AWFULLY out of shape!!!!!!!

Once again proving that he is just a regular dude. For some reason I am completely enthralled by those pink trunks and have tried to no end to read the print on them. I think they read "I survived..." and "FEELGOOD". Not sure what is on them. I guess I was just trying to make some sort of sense out of them, because I know the weren't chosen for how good they look. I like the thought that he's been eating some comfort food and just enjoying himself. He deserves it after the media maelstrom he's been through over the last few months. The man can afford a personal trainer and can make the time to work out. He'll get it back. (No cleanses, please. Do this the right way and it's not so hard on you, babe.) When I saw the girly coat at Aspen, it made me think maybe he just got a wild hair up his ass and went there to stay with some friends and had to borrow whatever was around. (Buddy: "Yeah, dude, that looks cool. Very retro. My dad used wear that coat when I was in high school.") Then he jets off to have some fun in the sun and has to buy whatever is left on the rack. (Salesperson: "Not many have what it takes to pull that color off, but I can tell you're man enough to do it." ) I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt here, but I think truthfully, he's just a guy with all the fashion assbackwardness that entails.

Maybe not doing much skiing in Aspen - cross country skiing though is much better exercise than skiing downhill.
Being a weak person myself I empathize and actually this is one of the things about GB that is endearing. He is human, he admits it.
But what worries me though is the cycles of in shape and out of shape, though he really is not that out of shape, [people on the internet are nuts, look in a mirror,] that ass looks hot as ever, legs look great but that's not good doing the yo yo thing. Especially as you get older, even for men your metabolism starts to slow down and it starts to get harder each time you have to get back in shape, maybe you take shortcuts that aren't good for you and hasn't he hurt himself with those intense training regimes, straining ligaments and tendons, and that too makes it harder when you have to do the quickie get ready for the next role that requires a degree of buffness.
There is a secret, well not a secret really but there is way to get a balance where you are good most of the time and then able to relax or indulge periodically without setting yourself too far back every time.
In a healthy way as in not assisted by drugs like some of Hollywood do. I was reading that synthetic heroin can be prescribed by a doctor in California? I can't image what the medical rationale is but apparently it does wonders for keeping you thin.

You have a good point about yo yo dieting and weight loss/gain. He hates to exercise. He's said that many times, but it would be very healthy for him to put in a regular routine instead of a turn on/turn off switch. He looks happy, but I want him to be working so selfishly I can see him do his thing. If he loses his 'look' or 'image' there are many newbies out there waiting to take over his spot...know what I mean?!?!? He just needs to be careful about being photographed like this. Bad for his image...very bad!

I don't even think he has to work that hard during the off periods. He just has to do something rather than nothing. A good trainer can alway find you ways to work more efficiently for shorter periods of time if time is a factor which I think it is for him along with motivation. But Russell Crowe does do it too, the yo yo cycle, he really buffed up for Robin Hood - I've seen some previews and I was like hello Russell, haven't seen you like this for very very long time. Leonardo DiCaprio even in shape has never done a thing for me so he can keep his shirt on all the time. LOL.
Then again it must be tough to be seen as eye candy/beefcake when you really want to be treated as a serious actor. Lot of pressure. I suppose it is fair to know the men have the same pressure the women do these days.
Well except Jack Nicholson could care less, ha.
I am guessing the paps were tipped off pretty quickly and were in a boat with a very good zoom lens.

People are ridiculously obsessed with weight. The man has gained a few lbs, and guess what, that's what has been hiding under his clothes for the last few months. We would never have known it had the pics not come out. I could see the weight gain in several of his recent fully dressed photos, and frankly...he may be a bit chubby but he's still wearing a size 34 waist size 46 jacket.
H's not Superman or Leonidas, he's a human being who has his weaknesses and he likes to indulge them occasionally. He's on vacation and will no doubt get back into fighting weight if that what his next project requires.
We expect too much of celebs and actors. We want them to remain forever HOT and youthful, but we get upset when they start botoxing. We don't want them to be overweight, but we say nasty things when the weight drops too much, after they've developed an eating disorder. These are people, not Stepford men and women, and with all the demands placed on them by the industry, I can just imagine how great it must feel to let it all hang out and forget trying to maintain the sex symbol status.
I think it's ridiculous what some fans expect of this man.

I have to disagree with the Robin Hood comment regarding Mr. Crowe...he looks nothing like Maximus (bodywise). So out of shape they took extra time to shoot and Sienna Miller was taken off the project because she was too good looking to be Crowes love interest. Sienna admitted to this as did Ridley Scott (in a round about way). God, I dont want that crap to happen to Gerry ever.
Gerry is known as a good looking man. Gorgeous even and one of the best looking men in the business, but he does need to keep that/work for it if he wants to keep this new founded Alist status he has worked soooo hard for. NO rest for the motivated Gerry. Its OK to let go for SURE, but don't be seen doing it. He needs to be careful like he was last NYE in Miami. Not once did he take his shirt off while walking on the beaches day after day. This is exactly why. He was not in shape and was wise to leave the shirt on and let the imagination of all of us do the looking.
Looking good...looking the part you have been cast (in Gerry's case "leading man") is a MUST if you are going to have staying power. If you don't, the studios replace you fast... Hot men like Gerry put butts in the seats, pudgy men like Crowe do not. RC's last several movies have bombed. RC thinks his talent is good enough to keep him working and it is, but at the end of the day all those RC fansites have faded away because he doesn't look the part anymore. Its the Ugly Truth of the biz....
