Okayy, I looked on the side of my posts & others' posts. It obviously shows the username & their icon. Then their stats below. Then it says "Karma:___". What exactly is it talking about?
& how do you get more stars on this site? Sorryy, I don't mean to be annoying lol.

 Karma is simply a point system, it's a feature on the board where for 'fun' you can give another member a point if you like what they have posted etc. Exalt means to add 1 point, Smite means to minus 1 point. You can use the Karma feature once per hour. As for the stars, as your post count goes up on the board, so will the stars.

That wasn't an idea of ours Steeler, it was a feature that came automatically with the board... That Karma thing could start an all out war. Also I believe the board will give you karma points itself for an award....I guess for participation.
The Karma thing really means nothing and its all in fun... kind of like brownie points...
People however get very attached to their stars. You'd be surprised how important some take their stars...lol!

okay...this is new....didn't know what the karma was for either until reading this thread. apparently somebody on this board didn't like something i said and gave me two smites? Yeah it goes by how many times you post. I remember when I first started. I was dying to hurry and become in bed with Butler or something like that...then I was promoted to Admin and that all went away...  Heyyyyy I just noticed my Karma...ty ladies. |

Can you do the karma thing using the iPhone app? I'll have to check it out... I think I'm reaching Gerry Stalker status... Friends and co-workers think I'm that already ;-) lol
