Arnold Schwarzenegger picked some awesome movies to star in and there hasn't really been a real macho actor to replace him. Gerry could be that guy. There is a void right now in Hollywood for that kind of actor. I wish Gerry would follow up the Bounty Hunter movie with another thriller. I would love to see him as the hero in an Alien type movie or like the movie Arnold was in with the killer Alien guy. Forgot the name. Or actually he's never done a realistic thriller type thing like Silence of the Lambs or Seven deadly sins where he plays the hero. How COOOL would that be?  |

I think he is doing a great job selecting different Generes. I'm not really into Thrillers. I surely don't want him type cast as action only cause he has such a great softer side. I'd like to goose that softer side!  |

I'd like to goose that softer side! I don't think Gerry would be type cast. He's to pretty to play a bad ass all the time. Arnold could do other things as well. One of my fave Christmas movies is Jingle all the Way. Gerry has that personality that shines through, and Arnold has that as well. "I'll be back," no one laughed harder to the bank than Arnold. Gerry has a catch phrase as well...This is Sparta! |

I really like a good thriller, so I'd go for that. There's not many genres I don't like....hmm I'm not so keen on westerns I guess. I would really like to see Gerry in a Quentin Tarantino film  |

 Mary! Of course we all thought it; you're the only one who actually posted it! He's doing a great job of jumping genres right now. Rom/Com - TUT SciFi/Action - Gamer Crime Drama/Thriller - LAC If Burns is still a go, that would cover a more serious drama. He's a smart man; I think he's TRYING not to get pigeon-holed. I am really looking forward to seeing TUT. In my mind, he's a lot like the character. Anytime he can show off his playful side, I love it. Anytime he can show off his back side -- I'll pay GOOD money for that!

How about a thriller where he gets naked? Has he been in one of those yet? I still havent seen all his stuff yet.

what kind of movie? hmmm. yah agree with more space/scifi suspense/thriller stuff - it 'suits' him. also agree gerard's got plenty of flex and span...he could pretty much do anything, honestly he just got that way.
i though it would be fun to have GB in old drama - who's afraid of virginia wolf or sunset blvd or casablanca. maybe a little revamped. something epic - lawrence of arabia.
