The following is an excerpt from Jackie's bio on her website: Looking back, Jackie says her desire to perform was born after her family saw the film version of “The Phantom of the Opera” when she was just seven years old. “We went to see it in the movie theater. It was very, very good,” Jackie told Pennsylvania television station WPXI. “It was a very long movie and we were mesmerized by it.” Her mother, Lisa, purchased the DVD and something in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s score made a big impression on the little girl. Still, as she sang the melodramatic tunes from the film around the house in her shimmering soprano, “We really didn’t think [her voice] was anything out of the ordinary,” says her dad, Mike. “She’s our oldest daughter; there were no other seven-year-olds to compare it to.” Can't believe her parents didn't see anything "out of the ordinary" in her voice!! LOL She does have an amazing talent, for sure!! Kneum

I'm glad you guys liked them as much as i did.
Jackie was amazing even at 7. I'm amazed how many 4-10 year olds have more talent then most adult that participate in America's got talent and other similar versions. I remember a 4 year old that even impressed Simon Cowell.

Doe anybody know where the deleted scene was suppose to go in the movie? Hi Christy. No One Would Listen was intended to be placed after Wandering Child (the cemetery scene after Wishing You Were Somehow Here), and before Don Juan (Seal my fate tonight....) Hope that helps!

I love it!! The violinist was so . I love it that mom has her kids sing songs from Phantom and videotaping it than having them do pointless current songs with no depth.

Wonder why it was not left in Apparently the directors and producers thought it interrupted the flow of the storyline. They also realized after the fact, that the song gave a little too much away about the Phantom's innermost thoughts, and they wanted to preserve his mystery.

I saw that show too with Jackie & commented in black box about her inspiration from POTO movie. I thought that was a great compliment to Gerry. I wish the critics shut up about not liking him. They are full of it.

They are full of it. I agree , and worst part is that they and the theater phans mean bashing crushed Gerry's confidence in his singing. Who knows , he may have considered singing in Les Miserables. It kills me that he may never do another singing movie/musical again. Stupid critics and Phanatics.

By the way I noticed here in the UK that a couple of members of the Les Mis theater cast (did not recognise their names) slagged off the movie version. SBC and HBC were heavily criticised. It seems that many in the theater world never have any intention of enjoying the movie versions of the work. Why that is is open to discussion.
