jhawk, I inserted the .jpg files into a Word document and then adjusted the zoom so that it was readable. Can you do something like that?

The pictures of Gerry are beautiful - he looks AMAZING. Beyond AMAZING! I am surprised he did another interview with them after the last time. Not sure this one is any better??

Lily - you are an ANGEL for posting this article! Loved it and you get a better glimpse of what it's like to be around him. Goodness, ADD I think is putting it mildly. I dated a guy with a similar personality. It was a lot of fun most of the time, but there were times where it was like "enough already, calm down". In watching him interview I'd always picked up on the leg bouncing and fidgeting he does with his hands. He's always playing with his hands, or fixing his shirt or pant leg - just something other than sitting still. The fact that this writer also points out how he practically has ants in his pants confirms my thought of GB that he is full of anxiety - but not in a good "anxious energy" way. He has said he creates a lot of that himself and puts himself in situations that could've been avoided just to feel the "thrill" of the moment. If that's what it takes to push himself to his limits, that's good...to a point. There is a point where it becomes unhealthy. This level of anxiety will catch up with him one day and may result in serious health issues. IMO, he needs to find that fine line and back off a little. Sometimes it feels like he's tempting fate. As if saying 'Ha, ha! I'm doing crazy stuff and you haven't got me yet!' I guess I worry that one day he's going to go too far. In regards to MG, she's mentioned twice. The part that got me the most was when he was quoted as calling her his GF and he flew over to the house and basically let everyone know she was living there when he texted her to come out. That said a lot to me. He said after his Mavericks accident he came up with a plan. I understand that feeling as I was involved in a pretty serious accident. It really does make you take a step back and look at the big picture, put things in perspective and often change priorities. It's almost like a rebirth and you feel you've been given a second chance at life and you want to take advantage of that opportunity. That can lead to great things, but it can also make you go to the other extreme. I for one had this newfound zest for life and although lots of good things came from that, it also led me to be a little less cautious and uninhibited. Which resulted in some bad decisions that at the time seemed like they were good even if they were somewhat impulsive. My point is whatever his plan involved, if it was finding someone to settle down with that's great. But if he's also diving in head first into this relationship and throwing caution to the wind it can backfire down the road. I still have my thoughts on MG and am just not sure about her. Whatever he sees in her, I hope it's genuine. I would hate for my suspicions to be true because that could cause him to do a 180 and go back to fluttering from one girl to the next. I think he could be a great family man, but he has to want it - no one can force that role on him because it just won't work. As a whole, I was happy with the article. Got some new stories out of him and that's always fun. He's the type of person that could sit for hours on end and tell stories and I'm the type that gets sucked into that sort of thing and can sit for hours just listening. I'm glad to hear he has kicked the smoking habit...once again. I wasn't sure anymore since I knew he'd quit and started up again several times. The part where he says he felt like he had fire coming from his hands and he thought he was JC cracked me up! Leave it to GB to be such a goober. But that's why we love him as much as we do, because at the end of the day he's still our goober GB.

Sometimes you just want to slap him and tell him to take it easy! Riding ATVs in the dark through woods while he was still working on a film. What was he thinking??!! Oh well, guess that is what makes Gerry Gerry! Thought it was a pretty good article on the whole. The one thing I thought was great was that at last he got a chance to set things straight about the whole rehab thing. I think we all knew all along that the booze/drugs rumours were B.S. If G had been drinking again, I'm sure he would have made the news at some stage for doing something crazy, so good for him for still being clean and sober. Lets hope his new pain management methods do the trick.

I must admit I was a bit concerned at the time he went into rehab with the painkiller problem, because I thought "well the pain will still be there when he comes out, so what will he do then?" so I was relieved to read this article when he talked about his new mental forms of pain management. It's amazing how much can be achieved with pain management by occupying the mind (meditation, or even other activities like sport, walking or computer games!) I speak from experience!

When I went to pay for my magazine at Barnes and Noble, the lady that rang me up said " at least he looks like a real man". I told her he was and that was what his fans liked about him. Sometimes I think his fans forget what they liked about him when they started following him and they want him to change the very thing they liked in the beginning. Sorry but he is who he is and that his more than good enough for me as a fan.
