Just a year ago people were still saying "Who is Gerard Butler?" but now its pretty obvious Gerry is on the A-list...actually near the very top of it...check this out for just something to do on a Wednesday night! www.deadline.com/hollywood/fox-moguls-throw-bash-for-cameron-and-avatar/#respondDon't feel blue if you were left off the list for last night's big party thrown by Jim Gianopulos and Tom Rothman for James Cameron and the Avatar folks at Jim G's Brentwood home. Most of the guests were directors or stars or Fox hires: names included Steven Spielberg, Oliver Stone, Bryan Singer, Robert Rodriguez, Anne Hathaway, Gerard Butler, Roger Corman, Danny DeVito, Robert Duvall, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Colin Farrell, Hugh Jackman, Salma Hayek, Josh Brolin, Peter Saarsgard, Joe Carnahan, etc.

Way to go Gerry. And you are right last year when I told my clients that I was a big fan of Gerard Butler they were like who? No they bring me magazines with him in it and ask me if I heard this about him or that about him.... LOL what a change.

Di, thanks for the Karma! As far as Gerry and being well known. My entire female family is in love with him! We talk about him all the time and gush over him. Last year not one of them; sisters, nieces knew him...now the ladies not only know him, they are bonafide Gerard Butler fans!

Gerry is moving on up........stay on the good side of guys like James Cameron and Steven Spielberg and things can happen. We already heard James was interesting in financing one of the evil Twins projects right.

Nice opportunity for the G man- award season has lots of parties like this, being seen and doing his share of glad handing is an important part of his job. Good thing Gerry is good at it too!

Rubbing elbows with James "Titanic, Terminator and Avatar" Cameron can only help Gerry's career bump up that much further. I am so happy for him!! Thanks for the news, Prince.
