Help!

Strange problem here and I don't know what to do about it. I can get into the News Box and Chat Box, as well as here in the forum but underneath both chat and news boxes, it is totally blank, I cannot post to either, it's just a blank rectangular box. When I click on help, it says "Missing plug in." I don't know what this means. Can someone help me with this, and tell me what to do to get my reply box to come up.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with the Cboxes Patty.

If you are still having problems the first thing I would suggest is to clear out the cache.

Your web browser's cache is a place where it temporarily stores information on your computer. The cache contains a copy of the items you have downloaded from the Web, such as web pages, images, sounds, and sometimes cookies. Keeping these items on your hard drive helps web pages load faster the next time you view them. The more files you can load from your hard disk, the faster your browsing speed. Occasionally, pages that have been modified since your last visit do not load with the current content; you end up seeing what was stored in the cache.

Clearing the cache sends all cached files to the Recycle Bin (Windows) or Trash (Macintosh), so the browser must load all new web page content. This procedure can fix behavior issues. It also can free up space on your computer's hard drive and increase the exit speed from your browser.

I have a question about my posts in the "Last 25 Posts" section. All of my posts today when I am logged on have a red delete X on them, when I log out and look at the same posts the delete X is gone. Is it something I am doing wrong?

Di and the mods can correct me if I'm wrong as I'm not good with technol but is it something to do with the fact that when youre logged in you have complete control over your posts and therefore can delete them if you so choose but when you re logged out you just come in as a guest so have no access to modify or delete your or any other s posts?? Is that what you mean??

That must be it! It never occurred to be before probably because I never really posted much until this week. The blue box was much more simple to navigate. Thank you for all the help.
