Interview with Gerry's 300 trainer - translation needed?

This is a great interview with Gerard Butler's bodybuilder Franco Licastro for the movie 300. Its great because he actually shows some of the workouts that he did with Gerry and talks about Gerry's goals and achievements. However the bummer is its in French.



Can any kind soul transcribe the interview with Franco here please?
