This is for Daisy and all the posters here. I've noticed that a lot of bandwidth is being taken up with posting full size pics and then they are reposted again in other posts. Here's something I have learned and it works very well. You have to go to your photobucket and post the pics from there, right? Well you can have the choice to post IMG Thumb instead (you have to be sure it's enabled). The pic will be a smaller size and and then if you click on it it will come up full size. It uses a lot less bandwidth and is a win-win situation for all. Here's what it looks like... click After you copy the IMG Thumb, come back to the page to post it and press ctrl V. It will only show the code on your post after you write it but the pic will come up when you post the comment. Then click to make it full size...voila! Saves so much space!

Actually about a month ago I posted under help a way to make your pics smaller and use less bandwidth. In stead of copying IMG from your PB or other site...copy IMG Thumb. It will come up smaller and then type click next to it and when you click on the pic it will appear regular size. A lot of people here post huge pics and then they are quoted again and again and it's a huge waste of bandwidth. I think Dianne was the only one who read my post. It's actually a rule to do it that way at another Gerry site.

Thanks Teepat, we are aware of the thumbnail function, but we like bigger photos, especially when they are great ones. There can be some slight bandwidth problems when there are a lot of photos in one post and members quote them repeatedly...So, we'll be just fine with less quotes

I forgot to add that if you copy the image thumb then you have to use CTRL+V to post it on the board. It's been so long since I used it I forgot that part. It really is simple when you become accustomed to it.
