lol joy....I meant the chicken kiev I know the game Chicken Keiv you take boneless skinless chicken breast pound it flat. Take a softened stick of butter add chopped garlic and tarragon sat and pepper. form into a stick and rechill. cut butter mixture into small chunks Place in the middle of chicken roll up and close up with tooth pick. have three shallow container 1 has flour with salt and pepper. 2nd beaten eggs 3 toasted bread crumbs take the rolled chicken breast cover in flour. then dip in egg then cover with bread crumbs. fry with minimal olive oil until chicken is done. YumYum
