Now I keep thinking of Gerry's interview on...was it Jimmy Kimmel? Not sure but he was talking about putting donuts between his butt cheeks. Yes, it was Kimmel ... I was in the audience and it was HILARIOUS! I still crack up watching him pretend to pull the donuts out of his mouth.

When I was 14 I was checking out the 30 year olds and now at almost 28 I like the 40 somethings. It's something about me that just won't change. When I was 26 I dated a 39 year old and had a blast with him. Older guys are just more fun to look at.

All the other superficial girls (Lets say the rest of my friends... LoL...) will be totally impressed from the (I think cold beauty ) of the new actor, and I will make the difference at my company, as always ...Hahahahahahahahaha... But the boy may be useful for me, because it will be easy to convince my friends to see the movie in order (for them) to see such a young and handsome boy in a new movie with sports...

For example if someone is at my age 14 and he is elegant and mature then I would like him. I don't like guys who behave like a 4 years old kid. Understand me? But with Gerry it's different. When someone asks me, what's your fav actor, I say GB. When my friends asks me , what type of boyfriend do you like , I proudly say "My GERRY type!"... Gerry is one of a kind... He is a category by himself...

My boyfriend of six years is only a year older than me but he's special or I wouldn't be with him. He actually reminds of Gerry is a lot of ways.

I figure this is worth a post because it gives a little insight into "Mavericks," and a heads up to to peeps in/around the Santa Cruz area: www.mercurynews.com/central-coast/ci_18913373?source=rss"SANTA CRUZ -- Not since 'The Lost Boys' 25 years ago has a mainstream Hollywood film promised to feature the city of Santa Cruz as prominently as a new film about the late surfing icon Jay Moriarity. And this one will not be referring to the city as "Santa Carla." The film, which has yet to be titled, will begin shooting in and around Santa Cruz in the middle of October. And Walden Media, the film's producer, is looking for Santa Cruzans to take part in it. The film is reportedly focused on the relationship between young Moriarity and his long-time friend and mentor Frosty Hesson. Scottish-born star Gerard Butler will take on the role of Hesson, and Moriarity will be played by up and coming young actor Jonny Weston. The script was written by Brandon Hooper, who himself has a background in surfing. Several hundred locals will be needed to be extras in the film, a drama about the life of the young surfer who died in 2001 a day before his 23rd birthday. The film's cast and crew, led by "L.A. Confidential" and "8 Mile" director Curtis Hanson, will be in town for two weeks beginning Oct. 10. "I've read the script," said born-and-raised Santa Cruzan Joel Domhoff who is working as the film's promotional extras coordinator, "and Santa Cruz will be featured quite prominently, from the very opening shot of the movie." Domhoff said that extras will be needed in several scenes of the film, but mostly in two large set pieces. About 750 to 1,000 people will be needed in a scene in which Jay and his girlfriend (later wife) Kim will be having fun at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Families are particularly encouraged to participate in that scene. Also, the famous paddle-out following the death of Moriarity will be re-created at Pleasure Point, and that shot will require about 1,000 surfers in the water. "We're also planning shots at other places, Pleasure Pizza, I think there's something going at the (Steamer) Lane," said Domhoff. Extras will not paid for their time but, said Domhoff, there will be drawings for prizes to all extras participating. It will require an all-day commitment. "For all those old-time surfers out there who might think this movie is going to tarnish or trash the Santa Cruz surf scene," said Domhoff, "I'll just tell you that's not the case." The film was originally called "Mavericks," after the famed surf break near Half Moon Bay on which Moriarity first became known as an uncommonly talented and fearless young surfer. Later, the title "Iron Cross," a description of a well-known image of Moriarity wiping out at Mavericks by Santa Cruz photographer Bob Barbour, was considered. But, said Domhoff, the film is still officially untitled. Want to be an extra? Anyone interested in being an extra in the film about late surfing icon Jay Moriarity is asked to send an email with your name, age and phone number to 831management@gmail.com."
