Hi Fifi Thanks for reminding me of that hilarious Jay Leno show! After the Howard Stern (video version), the Jay Leno show (with Whitney) was my second favorite. Gerry is so forthright and funny in his interviews, I often wonder if he realizes that he makes his own adventures such an exciting and entertaining narrative, the movie he is promoting pales in comparison. I hope he never changes, though, because that openness is part of what draws me to him, his movies and to WO, so must draw other's as well. If his team could get wider and longer releases with more advertising, I think many more people would be interested in seeing his movies in the theaters and not just waiting for the video to come out. I saw Coriolanus on the big screen and it was amazing, his performance ...... mind-blowing! However, MGP was pulled suddenly before I could get to a theater (in the city) to see it. I may never get over that

I may never get over that He does, he turns all his life adventures into funny anecdotes, and he tells things that most people would keep secret. Especially situations where he gets himself into a silly mess. His bathroom adventure with the kilt. How he flashed the Catholic congregation at his brothers wedding because he was in a kilt, with no underwear, and his legs spread like he's wearing pants. How he got Lolita and why she has such a girly name. Even the most embarrassing things he tells and laughs about it. Being in a stall in a public restroom and having a stranger in the next stall begging him to yell, "This is Sparta!" Drinking to much water while on the beach for the Mrs. Brown naked run and holding the shooting of that scene up because he has to take a massive piss... It goes on and on.
