That is so awesome, Haley, that you got to ride on a plane with Gerry And welcome to his group. Amy is Gerry's personal assistant and she has been working for him for a while.

Ok, I was really wondering who Amy was. haha She is really nice as well. We all talked about Shreveport and how there was nothing to do. I invited him to our graduation and he made Amy write it down. haha, I told him he wasn't going to come but he kept insisting that he would. He also made Amy take a picture of the group and himself with her blackberry,he wanted it on his camera but she couldn't find it.
It was seriously the most amazing moment of my life. & Thank you guys,it's nice to be here.
p.s. I've been trying to find a way to get Amy's email so that I could email her for the picture and to get more info about their stay in Shreveport.

You should of seen him on the plane. He was 4 rows ahead of me and I was sitting across from "Amy"? I think that is her name if any one of you know who she is. I think it's his manager or something,i'm not sure. lol Me and her were talking and he took off his beanie and was running his fingers through his hair and it was AMAZING!!! && we talked to him all the way from the gate to the baggage claim. He even told us what he was listening to on the airplane. How cool, he really is a sweetheart and very approachable. I'm so glad you joined and posted this, how fun!

I listen to Olafur on youtube everyday. Especially right before I go to bed,it's amazing.
&& Filming begins March 28 and he will be in town for 10 weeks. I read somewhere that filming ends May 20 and that is the day before graduation. I have my fingers crossed on that one. && I am really hoping to see them or at least see Amy around again sometime soon.

Haley, Since you're from Shreveport, maybe you will have the opportunity to watch some of the filming of PTF and report back to us!!! Nothing like having a firsthand account of Gerry making a film!!! Promise you'll share the experience with us, though!!!! Kneum

OMG! I just listened to Olafur Arnalds and I can just picture Gerry getting lost in that music!!!! It is soooo relaxing!! Thank you, Haley, for sharing that information! We're ordering one of his CDs. Ha! Ha! I had to laugh about Gerry being your dad's age!!!! I think he definitely appeals to ALL ages!! We all love him, and I think most of us feel like stalkers to some extent, so you should feel right at home!! : Keep us posted on all that goes on in Shreveport!! It's exciting to have a member that will be sooooooo close to him!! Kneum P.S. I would not be one bit surprised, Haley, if Gerry actually does show up at your graduation!! Also, I think he is really good at remembering faces, so if you do get to watch him film, or if you just see him out and about, I bet he would remember you!! He's pretty amazing!!

Haley - it's so great that you got to experience the wonderful Gerry I know and love. I'm a teacher, and I can only imagine how amazing that must have been as a way to end your trip!!! Do NOT be surprised if he doe come to your work! That's how he is. If he says he's going to do something, he tries his hardest to make sure to follow through. He's an amazing man, and I'm so glad this was your first impression of him. Thank you so much for sharing not only your photo but your re-telling of your interaction with him and Amy. Mrs. B

Sad thing is,he is my daddy's age & i'd marry him. hehe. My daughter has a crush on Michael Crawford who is in his early 60's, I tease her and call her a Grandpa grabber....LOL!!! She's a year younger than you.... Anyway, you like who you like and that's OK.... G is in the prime of his life. Now this is true... Men in their 20's still have to much testosterone on their brains which makes them idiots sometimes. A man in his 30's is to busy working and establishing himself to really enjoy life to it's fullest, but a man in his 40's can now sit back and begin to smell the roses, they know who they are, are confident and that is truly sexy.
