Thought I'd bring these forward - thanks for sharing these gerryspearl!! That little girl is so adorable and I just love his hair this long ... those curls!! @lolab: I would also like to have video with this, to hear his voice and see his handsome face would be ... I like the frothy one's too, my favorite is a white chocolate mocha that I sometimes put raspberry in for extra flavor.

Love the pics...and looove the curls. First thing I noticed, right after his lovely eyes. *sigh*
I also noticed that he has a "booboo" on his right arm. You can see it in the first picture... I wonder if he got that from banging his arm on the bar or the bathroom stall, saying "fuck"!, while preparing for his scenes?
All this coffee-talk reminds me of Gerry's line in Dear Frankie when he meets with Emily for the first time, "an Americano, strong" Never knew that that was actually his coffee of choice.

An Americano, it is watered down Espresso apparently none of that sweet stuff for the Butler. I rather loved the Caramel Maple Mocchachino they had for a short while. Luckily I don't live near Starbucks so I only partake on holidays and I live in the land of Tim Horton's, we're all addicted to our Timmy's, my bros called the coffee scorchies. No cupcakes though.

I'm really confused. I didn't think they had something called an Americano at Starbucks. That's what he ordered in Dear Frankie. He just orders a watered down espresso? ACK. Geez. No wonder he doesn't sleep.

I bet he's a terror in the bedroom, and I mean that in a good way.

I'm really confused. I didn't think they had something called an Americano at Starbucks. That's what he ordered in Dear Frankie. He just orders a watered down espresso? ACK. Geez. No wonder he doesn't sleep. OR... The Americano was ordered by the character as written in the script. A little thing in script-writing known as "Show, don't tell." Instead of the Stranger giving us long-winded dialogue telling us he is the strong, silent, no-frills, no attachments type, he orders a Cafe Americano. Simple, direct, and everyone remembered it. Black espresso without the fey little demitasse cup. Exactly what a hard-living European sailor would be expected to drink. Sort of like how in Westerns, the shootist always orders a shot of whiskey. Remember Meg Ryan's scenes in restaurants throughout the movie "When Harry Met Sally?" Just her order told you everything you needed to know about that very high-maintenance character... even if they hadn't gone into a long discussion about the order itself. Sometimes I worry folks confuse the actor with the character a bit too much.
